Microsoft OneDrive
Access your work files on your Android phone or tablet.
- Open the Play Store and search for Microsoft OneDrive.
- Tap Install, then open the app.
- Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap Sign in.
- Enter your password and complete multi-factor authentication.
- Allow notifications if you want to be told about shared files.
- If your organisation requires it, accept the device management prompt.
- Your work files appear under the Files tab.
To make a file available without internet, tap the ⋮ menu next to it and choose Make available offline.
