Microsoft OneDrive

Access your work files on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Open the App Store and search for Microsoft OneDrive.
  2. Tap Get to install, then open the app.
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap Sign in.
  4. Enter your password and complete multi-factor authentication.
  5. Allow notifications if you want to be told about shared files.
  6. Your work files appear under the Files tab. They also appear in the iOS Files app under Locations.
To make a file available without internet, open it, tap the … menu and choose Make available offline.
