Outlook for Android

The recommended app for Microsoft 365 on Android.

Install Microsoft Outlook from the Play Store first. You will need your Microsoft 365 email address, its password, and access to your MFA method (usually the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone).
  1. Open Outlook. If this is your first account, tap Add Account. Otherwise tap your profile icon → gear icon → Add Mail Account.
  2. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap Continue.
  3. Enter your password on the Microsoft sign-in screen.
  4. Complete multi-factor authentication if prompted.
  5. If your organisation requires it, accept the device management prompt and allow the Company Portal app to install if asked.
  6. Tap Skip when asked to add another account.
