Samsung Email

The stock email app on Samsung Galaxy devices.

You will need your Microsoft 365 email address, its password, and access to your MFA method (usually the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone).
  1. Open the Email app. If you already have an account, tap menu (☰) → gear icon → Add account.
  2. Tap Office365 or Exchange from the provider list.
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap Sign in.
  4. Enter your password on the Microsoft sign-in screen and complete multi-factor authentication.
  5. Accept the permissions and any device administrator request.
  6. Choose your sync options and tap Done.
