Samsung Email
The stock email app on Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets.
Before you start, have your full email address and mailbox password handy. Your username is always your full email address, not just the part before the @. Both the incoming and outgoing server are mail. followed by your own domain name.

Incoming and outgoing use the same host name. If your internet provider blocks port 465 for sending, try port 587 with STARTTLS instead.
- Open the Email app. If you already have an account, tap the menu (☰) → gear icon → Add account.
- Enter your full email address and password, then tap Manual setup.
- Tap POP3 account.
- Under Incoming server settings, confirm the Username is your full email address, then enter the POP3 server, Security type and Port from the table above.
- Set Delete email from server to Never if you also read this mailbox on a computer.
- Under Outgoing server settings, enter the same server name plus the SMTP Security type and Port from the table. Make sure Require sign-in is ticked and the username and password are filled in.
- Tap Sign in. Choose your sync options and tap Done.
Reading mail on more than one device? POP downloads messages onto the device. Make sure "leave a copy of messages on the server" is switched on in every mail app, otherwise whichever device checks first will take the mail away from the others.
