Free email app. A good alternative if you do not have Outlook.
Download Thunderbird from thunderbird.net and install it before starting.

Set Authentication to Normal password and Username to your full email address. - Under Outgoing Server: enter the SMTP hostname, port and connection security from the table. Authentication Normal password, Username your full email address.
- Click Re-test. When Thunderbird confirms the settings, click Done.
- Go to Account Settings → Server Settings and tick Leave messages on server if you also read this mailbox on a phone.
Reading mail on more than one device? POP downloads messages onto the device. Make sure "leave a copy of messages on the server" is switched on in every mail app, otherwise whichever device checks first will take the mail away from the others.
