Classic Outlook for Windows

Supports formatted text, links, images and business cards.

  1. Click File → Options → Mail, then click the Signatures button.
  2. Click New, give the signature a name, and click OK.
  3. Build your signature in the editing box. Use the Picture button to insert a logo and the Hyperlink button to link your website.
  4. At the top right, choose the E-mail account the signature belongs to.
  5. Set New messages and Replies/forwards to your signature.
  6. Click OK, then OK again.
Insert a logo as an image file rather than copying and pasting it, otherwise it can arrive as a broken image for the recipient. Keep the logo under about 200 pixels wide.
