New Outlook for Windows

Supports formatted text, links and images.

  1. Click the gear icon at the top right, then Accounts → Signatures.
  2. Click New signature and give it a name (for example "Standard").
  3. Type or paste your signature into the editor. Use the toolbar for bold, colour, links and to insert your logo image.
  4. Under Select default signatures, choose your email account, then set the signature for New messages and for Replies/forwards.
  5. Click Save.
If you paste a signature from Word or a web page and the formatting looks wrong, paste it into Notepad first to strip the formatting, then rebuild it with the toolbar.
