AnyDesk for iOS
Lets the Diskman support team see your iPhone or iPad screen.
Apple does not allow remote control of an iPhone or iPad by another person. AnyDesk on iOS lets a technician watch your screen while you tap, which is usually enough to talk you through a fix.
- Open the App Store and search for AnyDesk.
- Tap Get to install, then open the app.
- Tap through the introduction and allow screen recording when prompted.
- Your address appears at the top of the screen. Pass it to the Diskman technician.
- When the connection request appears, tap Accept, then Start Broadcast.
- To end the session, tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and choose Stop.
Never give your AnyDesk address to someone who contacts you out of the blue. Only ever share it during a session you started by contacting us.
