AnyDesk for Windows

Lets the Diskman support team connect to your PC to fix a problem.

Only run AnyDesk when you are already in contact with the Diskman support team. You do not need to install it to get help once.
  1. Click the download button below. It takes you to the official AnyDesk download page for Windows.
  2. Click Download Now and save the file.
  3. Open the downloaded file, usually called AnyDesk.exe. It runs straight away without installing.
  4. If Windows shows a security warning, click Yes or Run anyway.
  5. A large number appears under Your Address at the top left. Pass this number to the Diskman technician.
  6. When the connection request appears, click Accept.
  7. You can watch everything the technician does. Click the red disconnect button in the AnyDesk window at any time to end the session.
  8. When the session is finished, close AnyDesk. Delete the downloaded file if you do not want to keep it.

Never give your AnyDesk address to someone who contacts you out of the blue. Scammers ask for AnyDesk and TeamViewer access by pretending to be from Microsoft, the ATO, your bank or your telco. Only ever share it during a session you started by contacting us.
